Double Referral Promotion: Existing customer must refer before the date it is required new customers activate. Please see list of required activation dates below. New customers must activate a new account/new line of service on one of the dates below only. Referrer and Referee will both receive a $100 prepaid card up to 10 weeks after new customer activation. All other terms and conditions listed here remain the same.

The Program is only available to current Sprint Corporation customers and the friend or family member they refer to Sprint. Sprint reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel this Program at any time. The Program is only available online at sprint.com/referral. Internet access is required for participation in the Program. Current Sprint customers who initiate a referral on sprint.com/referral are defined as "Referrers." Non-customers who become a Sprint customer upon accepting a referral are defined as "Referees."
You must have an active wireless account in good standing with Sprint to be eligible for the Program, to make referrals, and to receive referral rewards. The Program is only available for Sprint Consumer and Business Individual Liable, and Small Business Corporate Liable (with under 100 employees/subscribers) wireless smartphone customers. Excludes Sprint Corporate Liable with over 100 employees/subscribers, Enterprise, and Public Sector/Government; National Retailer, Indirect channel and Affiliate employees; and SWAC and ERC customers. Customers on BYOD 1YearFree plan are NOT eligible for Sprint Referral Rewards program. The Program is available for all Sprint non-commissioned exempt employees, and certain non-exempt and salary plus employees who are not front-line, customer facing or commissionable. For those non-exempt and salary plus employees who are eligible, they must have their supervisor's consent and must memorialize the discussion between their supervisor and them on the Sprint Ambassador Participation Form. To make referrals, you must:
- Create a referral account on sprint.com/referral by providing your name, a valid email address, your Sprint active wireless smartphone number, creating a password and agreeing to the Program's Terms and Conditions.
- Be a Sprint Corporation customer in good standing; and
- Be an individual person and of the age of majority in the state/province or jurisdiction where you are resident at the time of participation.
Participation in the Program is prohibited where void by applicable law or regulation. The Program is only available through sprint.com/referral. You cannot earn a referral reward for referring someone who is already a Sprint Corporation customer, or for referring yourself. Referral new account and new wireless smartphone line activation must be new to Sprint. Lines added to an existing account are not eligible.
If the person you have referred has already become a Sprint customer, they will not be able to claim that they were referred by you, and neither of you will receive a reward for the referral. You can only accept one referral; you cannot accept a referral from more than one person.
Referrer's existing account registration at sprint.com/referral and referral messages sent to a referee must be prior to the referee's opening of a new account and activation of a new wireless smartphone line. Referrer's existing account must have been activate for at least 24 hours prior to a referee's opening of a new account and activation of a wireless smartphone line.
An existing Sprint customer, or a Sprint employee, can make up to 10 referrals or earn up to $500 rewards per calendar year.
No more than twenty cards will be sent to the same physical address within a twelve month period of time.
The referral offer excludes referrals made between Sprint entities or providers associated with Sprint (e.g., Virgin Mobile USA, Boost Mobile, Common Cents Mobile and Assurance).
Sprint reserves the right to void any referral reward based on the following: (1) ineligibility of any Program participant, (2) fraudulent activity, or (3) if Sprint, in its sole discretion, finds that you have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.
As a referrer or referee, you can receive $50 reward for each new account activation up to $500 per calendar year. Referral rewards will be fulfilled by Prepaid Mastercard®. They will be sent to your billing address on your account. Allow up to 10 weeks for delivery after new-line activation.
Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or other merchandise outside of the Program.
You are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with the Program. For Sprint employees, all referral rewards are taxable income, and your paychecks will reflect a grossed up amount to cover the taxable income of the referral award.
Void Where Prohibited
This Program is void where prohibited by law.
Additional Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to not award a reward or disqualify someone from the Program if we feel, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the Program in any way. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your participation in the Program. Sprint products are subject to additional terms, conditions, and other restrictions.
By participating in this Program, you agree to release and hold harmless us and RewardStream Inc., as the operator of the Program for Sprint, and their affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this Program (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Program. You further agree that the Program and rewards are provided "as is where is". THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF ONE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
